    Your pickup day request (if the day requested is full, then an alternative day will be provided)

    Your meal selections (refer to clean combo + pick your plate section)

    **PLEASE NOTE EFFECTIVE JULY 1st, meal prep selections must be chosen from the “Pick Your Plate” section OR the “Chef’s Specials.”

    3 Try Me - Choose one protein: Chicken, Turkey Burger, Ground turkey, or Wild Caught Salmon, or Wild Caught Shrimp.

    Choose two veggies: green beans, broccoli, mashed sweet potato, or asparagus.

    6-10 Meals → 2 sides + 2 proteins (ex: chicken/turkey burgers + green beans/broccoli)

    12-16 Meals → 4 sides + 4 proteins (ex: turkey loin, turkey burger, chicken, salmon + green beans, rice, broccoli + sweet potatoes)
